Switch on your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. At this point, you can pour and serve. If you prefer a colder drink, add some ice and then give it another 30-second blend. Enjoy!

Put blueberries, maple syrup and milk into a blender and blitz it until the milk turns a purple color. Pour this blueberry milk into a mixing bowl and then sprinkle in the chia seeds and oats.
